Unfortunately, no shows have been happening far too frequently. We value all of you as customers, and appreciate the support. In saying that, cancelling a few hours before your appointment, or not showing up at all, negatively affects a small business. We understand that emergencies and situations arise. However, when this happens not only are we left with a free booking, but other customers who want to get in with us don’t have the opportunity. For this exact reason, we call to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance, and offer to reschedule your appointment, as a courtesy to you. As a second reminder, we also send email and text confirmations. Half fees will be charged for for less than 24 hour notice. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount.
