At The Hair Loft of Avon, we offer hair and makeup services for brides and bridal parties at the salon or off-site. Our Avon salon location is conveniently located near The Riverview, Simsbury Inn, Simsbury 1820 House, Hop Meadow Country Club, Avon Old Farms Hotel, The North House, Marriott Residence Inn, The Golf Club of Avon, Tower Ridge Golf Club, TunxisPlantation Golf Club, Farmington Club, Farmington Gardens, The Marquee (G-Fox Ballroom),  Society Room and many more. Our team can customize bridal party services for groups of any size.

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

  • All wedding services are priced upon consultation to meet individual needs. $200 deposit due at the time of signing a contract or at the time of trial, a minimum of 2 months prior to the wedding to reserve your wedding date.
  • There is a 4-person minimum for on-location services and there will be a travel fee which covers gas and mileage. (min $45 & varies by location).  There is a 6- Person minimum for out-of-state services.
  • Pre & Post Regularly Scheduled Salon Hours are based on salon team availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be confirmed by 3 pm 48 hours prior to the wedding day (ex: Wed. for a Fri. wedding day and Thur. for a Sat. wedding day).
  • All changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, or each missed appointment will be subject to a 100% fee charged to the credit card on file.
  • 20% gratuity will be applied to the final bill on the day of services.
  • Travel fee is doubled for Sunday weddings.
  • Holidays, all pricing increases by 20%.
  • Any unpaid services will be charged to the credit card on file.
